Excellent Experience with Cell C

I do like to give credit to people when I feel it is due!

I would like to thank Mr Isaiah Maponya (Team Leader / Manager) for helping me out with my problem, I must say that the manner in which he handled my situation was very professional and up to standard, Mr Isaiah Maponya has great management skills and he definitely knows how to deal with customers as I can be a very difficult customer when I want to be. :)

Also I would like to send a very big thank you out to Siya Hiyabonga (Sales Consultant) for his great attitude and awesome assistance throughout this process. I enjoyed his bubbly personality and great conversations (Feels like I know you for years... LoL), thank you for giving me the correct information and for keeping me posted at all times ;). Even though I did want to kill you at one stage, you still kept me happy as a customer.

Much appreciated to both of you for the great customer service and awesome attitude.

To conclude this post I must say that I have been a customer to Cell C for many years on prepaid and contract and the service experienced throughout the years have been exceptionally great. I will never change my service provider! Cell C is number 1!
