Incorrect Debit order since last year August

After phoning in to order another new phone and contract the assistant Bridgette Dhlamini made a change to my current contract (and admitted on email that she was sorry as she was actually on my profile while on the phone with another customer) and promised to rectify this but still this is not been done. I have eversince been overcharged after speaking to countless people including team leaders, supervisors and managers... including Isaiah Moponya, whoalso promised in various mails since last year November, the latest supervisor Sindiswe Mchunu (also promising in emails) that they will all rectify this mistake and make sure I get all my money back, but still Nothing. They don't even phone back as they always promise and then they don't even answer my mails! THIS IS and I'm fed up with phoning and phoningand mailing and following up but nothing gets resolved! I will never ever take out another CellC Contract. I ALSO CANCELLED A other CONTRACT 2 APRIL THAT EXPIRED ALREADY AND NOW IM STILL BEING CHARGED FOR IT 2 MONTHS LATER AFTER I WAS PROMISED THAT THEY WILL ALSO RECTIFY THIS MISTAKE AND CREDIT ME... BUT AGAIN... Nothing!
