Went beyond the call of duty

Good day,

On the 08/12/2013 at around 12:00 I went to Maponya Mall to buy quite a few items which were going to be gifts to someone very dear to me.

To my surprise after I had bought the lady at the till informed that Mr price home does not offer gift wrapping services and that she can't help me with that. I was quite disappointed as I would expect this to be a standard service especially during the festive season.

During my interaction with the lady a gentleman by the name of Isaiah was watching everything that was happening, he than came to my rescue and opted to assist me with all my gift wrappings, he explained to me that the store in itself does not offer this service but he was doing it as courtesy, during the time he decided to assist me the lady who was at the till disappeared to the back and a Que started forming and Isaiah juggled between servicing other clients and wrapping my gifts.

Isaiah went beyond the call of duty and has great customer service as he did not become irritated with me but treated like a matter. Please make sure that he is acknowledged and in a fitting manner as he is an asset your company.
