3rd complaint logged and NO SERVICE!

I've have handed in a faulty blackberry 9900- Vodacom keeps sending a refurbished phone after numerous conversations and complaints, i have made it known that i will not except a no history device/ refurbished phone. Vodacom practices a double standard my previous phone a Blackberry storm 2 has been replaced thrice by vodacom with brand new phones in the box- i still have the boxes, should vodacom like confirmation of this. Why the double standard??? each query that has been logged has merely been closed, i also have had 3 job no's as i do not want the phone. Should Vodacom not provide me with a new phone, then by all means keep the refurbished/ no history device as i will not accept it, i will not even bother collecting it- cancel my handset fee since i am without. we can then just end this in that fashion. I have had the unfortunate experience of speaking to unhelpful and rude consultants. It been 2 months now and i am still paying for a handset that i do not have. Please lets come to an amicable resolution- either provide me with a new handset or cancel the hanset fee on my contract, as i was told that another refurbished phone has been sent to the Westgate vodacare.
