Internet has been slow for many moths

My internet has been slow for months now, and i have been in contact with mweb on a number of times. they do some tests then after a wile they reset my line then my internet works good. Then after a few days my internet is slow again and at times there in no internet at all. At the moment i'm experiencing this. i have a 2 MB line and i pay R488 for it. I was told that it is a uncap, unshaped line. for months now I've been experiencing a average Download Speed of /-281 kbps (35.1 KB/sec transfer rate) and a Upload Speed of /-366 kbps (45.8 KB/sec transfer rate) with a Latency of /-37 ms and a Jitter of /- 18 ms. I'm very tired of Phoning you all the time then my internet is okay just for a few days. I really want this shorted out ASAP!
