I asked for feedback not a PRODUCT AND CONTRACT

A few days ago i called the MTN call center and went to the sales dep to ask about their MTN data contract deals, i saw one for a laptop and usb for about R100 and something for 500mb etc, now i asked the sales lady to please see if i qualify for the product and then i will take up the offer IF i can not find any better deals as i was unhappy with their data package as i needed unlimited browsing for a fair price. Now i recieved an sms last week saying i qualify and the package will be ordered on Monday the 18/02/2013, i called the number on the sms and told them i ddn not ask for this, i only asked for the lady to get back to me if i qualify so that if i decide on taking the offer i can call and take it knowing that i can get it, now these sms keep coming in about this package being delivered and the call center in cape town can not help me and they say i have to sign some letter, i work until 5:30 i dont have time for all this childs play, please cancel this order u made as i did not ask for it and besides i will no longer take it as i am very unhappy with MTN! i have been a loyal customer for years and this is how you pay me back? thank you
