Two weeks ago i called the vodacom call centre, they advised me i qualify for a pre mature upgrade as i spend a lot on my contract. I then decided to go through to the Chats Voda shop in Greenstone that week. The lady did inform me that i did qualify for an upgrade and she ordered the phone i wanted as there was no stock. She said she would phone me when there was stock which she failed to do. I called the shop and spoke to the lady she said please come in there is stock. I went through today, only to find out that some how now i no longer qualify for the premature upgrade, now i dont spend enough. I spend the same every month - a week ago i qualified, now i dont. I am so angry that firstly they wasted my time, I landed up having to take unneccesary time off work to go sit in the shop for them to try figure out why i did qualify a week ago and now i dont - they couldnt help me. They called the call centre which told them i just dont qualify any more. How incompitant of a service provide is Vodacom to mess a person around like this. A waste of time off all for what just so that they can tell me they dont know but now i dont qualify. I would be better of with MTN!!!
