Disapointed

Good day i was soo disapointed by cell c service. they called me to introduce the contract and i said i was fine (no contract needed) they called me again and i said yes is fine give me the contract then they took my details. they called me several times to confirm my details which i have given them correctly. i have a cellphone of my own but i was taking this for my girl friend and she was soo happy to receive the present from me. then last of last thursday i got the last call again from cell c confirming my details for the last time and i was told that the package was being sent to the couriers meaning i will get it on friday or monday then it never happened. when i call back to track my order i was told that i dont qualify forr the R100 package/month then why dont you call me to tell me that i dont qualify since i have been siiting failing to do some important stuff not to miss the delivery? service
