Empty Promises

Clientele Personal Loans, can without a doubt send emails or post letters to apply for bigger loans through them, but can't keep their word on a simple thing like sending a 3 month statement, that has been arrangered to be sent to me. I have sent emails and received emails back ensuring me that my statement will be sent to me in the month of Jan. This was said to me on the 15 Jan 13, it is 11 Feb 13 and still I have not received my 3 month statement.
The piece of paper that they have sent me, is not even worth the ink wasted, as for once it is not clear and it is not the statement I want, and yes I have attached a copy of the statement I need to recieve from them.
