Unsuitable package for device

On 30 January I acquired an Samsung Galaxy Note II on Vodacom Smart Standard 229 contract. When reviewing my bill 14 days later I was charged with in excess of R1000 unbilled calls all relating to data usage. This was despite switching off all automatic updates and switching off background data. I have contacted the technical department to assist, but nobody is willing to assist I get told to go to Samsung. I get told to wait until the end of the month (racking up another R1000 on my bill) then maybe they can see what internet the device is using. I then contacted customer services on 18 Feb, again asking for assistance only to be advised that given the device I have, the contract with 150mb data is completely unsuited given the devices required data usage. The issue I have is that Autopage advertised this contract full well knowing this and at no stage did anyone advise that a data bundle would be recommended. Now when I am trying to remedy the situation Autopage is dragging it's feet, obviously because a speedy resolution is not in their interest.
