MTN really wants me out of their system

I am Theron Rapoo and have a contract with MTN. Every month, I pay a minimum amount of R1700 for my business contract phone and guess what? I bought and iPHONE4s as an upgrade to my iPhone4. I am still using the iPhone4, which has my number then my iPhone4s, is being used as a prepaid. When I bought the phone, I was given a number by an MTN Agent at the Waterfall Mall, saying that they do not offer any insurance. I was browsing the MTN website when I realised that I have been misled. I call the Agents and guess what? She had this bad attitude, it really angered me to write this report. She was not helpful at all, and she made me want to change cell phone providers. For the first time in my life, I get to be treated in this manner. My point is, she tells me that if the phone was bought 5 months ago it will not be able to be insured. She checks on the system and she tells me that I cannot get help. It is simple, my phone still falls within the 5 months, and she sounds as if I am careless and negligent. Why do I have to go through this after all that I have done for MTN? I AM ANGRY! I am so angry! I do not want to be a part of this group anymore!
