MTN service in really a joke!

I purchased a contract phone for my Ex-girl friend with a cell number RICA'd on her name 24 months ago. We terminated our relationship since and now I just got an upgrade on the contract where they delivered the galaxy S4, I realized that the number on the contract is the her number so having received the phone I called MTN requesting that they port in my number onto the contract so I can continue the contract and she can have her number as prepaid, Sounds simple enough write? But MTN refuses to oblige so i have been called the Call centre several times to Cancel the contract and again MTN fails to assist me.

After a long time holding waiting for an agent to assist me, I spoke to Wendy (ref:102095743) who could not assist and transferred me and again I was kept holding listening to multiple voice recordings then I spoke to Pretty who informed me that she cannot assist with the cancelation she can only send an email to someone to assist, she refused to give me a reference number and could not confirm as to when I would receive correspondence. The 7 day cooling off period is ending tomorrow and I explained to all the agents I spoke to that I no longer want this contract.
