Still being charged for BIS when I upgraded

I upgraded 2 cellphone contracts at Cedar Square in November, I upgraded from 2 blackberry's to 2 Samsung's.

I have just recently found out that I have been billed since November for BIS, according to the MTN's call centre, it is my responsibility to advise them that I need to cancel the BIS service.

I know have been charged roughly R240 for BIS services that I have not used since November.

I have spoken to the call centre on 2 occasions and been advised that they have escalated my call and the refund would take place in a few days time. It has now been 3 weeks since the first call and I am still waiting.

This is unacceptable service, how can I be responsible for notifying you not to charge me for BIS when I have changed my contract, cellphone etc.

I would like this situation to be rectified immediately.
