BAD SERVICE AND WRONG ITC NUMBER

My phone was, I got a police report stating that and I went in to MTN to get the ITC number to claim back my insured cell phone with the IMEI number and all the documents needed just to walk in to an MTN with rude and unhelpful people, I went back to the store where I bought the phone to find out the ITC number given by MTN was incorrect, after that I phoned MTN every day and every day I phone the place where I bought the phone and guess what its still the WRONG ITC NUMBER, I am getting fed up with the service and incompetent people at MTN this is unacceptable and I would like to sort out this matter as I am paying for insurance. If you do contact me back please make sure that I get the RIGHT ITC number please.
