Cell Phone Dammaged

I took my 3 month old Nokia Lumia 920 in for repairs as the screen would just go black when making a call as if the light sensor was not working correcltly. They did a software upgrade and I collected it a few hours later. On picking it up the screen was scratched and it had clearly been dropped. I spent an hour arguing my case with the supervisor. However they would not entertain my complaint.

I gave in a brand new undammaged cell phone only to receive it back dammaged with out even an apology.
