Phone constantly in for repairs

I have sent my phone in now for the 4th time for repairs! I haven't even had my upgrade for 10 months and I have been without a phone (constantly in for repairs) for more than 2 months now already! On two occasions I gave my phone (Original and refurbished phone) in with a body-glove anti-glare screen protector and I was not given a replacements screen protector when picking up the refurbished phone, I was told by Freddy to just buy another one! The third time I sent my phone in for repairs it was in a very good condition, on arrival of the refurbished phone I received, it was scratched up and it only worked for 7 days till It stated freezing! I am currently without a phone (in for repairs yet again!!!) but I am still paying every month as though I am using my upgraded phone, this can't be right? As well as how do I send a phone in for repairs in a very good condition with a screen protector but receive a scratched up refurbished phone as a replacement with no replacement screen protector (on two occasions)?
I spoke with Cesper at customer care and they could not even answer my questions! Can someone help me and answer my questions above?
