WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!

Have migrated to prepaid to Prepaid on the 28/12/2012 however they are continuously billing me. Spoken to Vikesh (Accounts Dept) on the 5/02/2013 @ 4:14pm who had confirmed that the contract was cancelled and that the refund request has been processed which should take approx. 48 hours however I`m still continuously receiving sms`s from Autopage. I did contact the Accounts Dept today (18/02/2013) and was being transferred throughout the department, have spoken to a Ingrid Mathebula @ 1:52pm who had stated point blank that even though the contract was cancelled I had still been liable for charges since and was extremely rude. She insisted that they had only debited me for January which is entirely wrong. This is now the third occurrence of Autopage debiting me with no valid reason, it seems as though once authorization is given for debits, they debit any figures as they please without substantial reasoning. This is clearly as prior to this, my account was debit for R700 and when queried they stated it was due to gprs however I had BIS and to date there was no reimbursement. THE CUSTOMER SERVICES IS DESPICABLE AND I WOULD SUGGEST DEALING WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDERS DIRECTLY!!
