HIDDEN COSTS THAT PEOPLE ARE CHARGED!!!

I took a Nokia Lumia 620 in for repairs on 14/08/2013, the screen of the phone was cracked/damaged, i was then given a call afterwards, the lady told me that the repair is going to cost R872.62 and then gave her a go-ahead of the repairs, i collected the phone yesterday 20/08/2013 only to find out that i was charged for other thing i did not request for as well, i was charged for the back lens and the back cover of the phone, FOR WHAT??? because i brought the phone in for the screen to be repaired!!! I do not recall being notified of such!!!
I personally will never use their services and I dont recommend anyone doing so
