IBurst - Pathetic!

For the past 17 minutes I have been trying to send out an email that's size is ONLY 185kb. Yes, that is very small. I have been having problem with iBurst's slow reception for the past 8 months! I have contacted them repeatedly about this issue. They have contacted me and said I should change the TCP settings which I have done. The speed is just PATHETIC! I am in the Tygervalley area of Bellville, Cape Town, so my speed should be good. I have given notice, but just thought I should warn potential customers before they join, as they might be EXTREMELY dissappointed with the $%^% service.
