WORST service ever!!!

For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to cancel my iBurst account (we pay R599 for 100kbps internet speed-PATHETIC), with ABSOLUTE no satisfactory feedback or response! I have been trying to get a copy of my contract but the consultant refuses rudely! To top it all they want to charge me R3000.00 to cancel my contract! DO NOT EVER USE IBURST!
