STILL having trouble with internet speed

Now, one thing I cannot understand is how you can sell something and the product is good and actually its worse than ever anticipated.
Today again, I have tried to upload 12 meg of photos. I took iBurst OVER 4 hours to upload 2!!!
Eventualy when I got tired of it, I took my phone and uploaded and extra 4 meg, total of 16 meg, in under 3 minutes!!! HOW is this possible? I just don't understand this? and when you phone iBurst office, you are transferred so many times, my head is STILL spinning!!!
When I asked them if the reception is good in our area, they said its MORE than fair. Then when I had my first complaint (reception and speed) they told me that I need to buy some booster thing? Why must I pay for it? if I suddently stop paying, who's problem is that? Same goes for your service? DELIVER SERVICE FOR ONCE!!! And show people that you are not just a group of brainless sitting in an office collecting money as if it is the only thing you care about. show that you actually care, even if you DONT!!!
Lets see what is going to happen now, if this is not fixed, I will not pay...
