I seriously don't know how to approach or address Vodacom. I will admit that they are mostly flawless in elementary and routine enquiries but it seems if anything escalates to a higher level they simply don't have either the capacity or ability to resolve the issue.

I complained to them about their feedback and the specific advice they gave on my last debit order which has not only cost me money but also affected my credit rating when I requested a qualifying check for a home loan. A consultant phoned me but the person who addressed my complaint in writing had no clue on the background of this issue.

In addition to this I have cancelled a Look for me service over a year ago which was still recently included in my package. This issue was conveniently ignored and not even adressed at all. Yes the amount was unreasonable compared to the first issue but the principle still applies.

Before anyone from Vodacom attempts to respond to this complaint can you kindly phone me and get an idea of the time line first before you only look into the last month's phone calls. I am willing to come to your offices in my own time and help you look for these calls-I really insist.
