Speed, and no answer to the queries submitted

OK, so I have had bad speeds to the internet now for a few weeks. I have submitted a query as to why this is happening, but no one of iBurst contacted me regarding this. I was kept on hold for 30 minutes after calling their HelpDesk. I also submitted a query through the iBurst website, but only to have a response a few days later from their automatic response system saying my query is being investigated, but no answer after that.. I even applied to Twitter to get a response for the low quality and speed, yet no response on Twitter from their side about it. I used their SpeedTest, only to show a bad 13% consistency. I am growing tired of having to battle this attitude from iBurst. Why have a good network since I started using iBurst, only to have been left in disappointment regarding speed???
