No assistance and dont keep to what they say

Due to MTN not sticking to their own terms and conditions put me in financial difficulty and what they say and do is 2 different things. I was under the impression payment was going off as my account was not suspended and as per MTN T&C's.its been 12mnths my account was not paid & no sms were sent to me. I checked my statements and no payments was going off, I called in to make payment arrangements on 13/02/13 & was told to call credit controller in charge-Mbali Mavuso, with no luck i called back next day 14/02/13 after 3rd attempt i spoke to Mbali and she advised maximum I have to pay is 6mnths, said I cant afford as I just started a new job, advise cant extend it further only if my account goes to legal. Because of MTN's incompetency I never received an email because they have an incorrect one. On the15/02/13 i got a sms that my account was suspended!!!So If I never called in I wouldnt have got a sms and my phone wouldnt be suspended! so next time I won't be a loyal customer after being with MTN for 10yrs.why wasn't my account suspended the first time it returned unpaid and why now suspend my line cause the Mbali couldn't answer my questions. Will be taking them up with the ombudsman
