I had a mishap with my phone a Blackberry 9900 bold and took it to the head office in midrand to do an insurance claim when i upgraded the unit it was valued at R 5055.12 inc vat so i insured it for R5000.00 that was September 2011 knowing the unit would drop in price so when i went last week to replace the unit at the head office they told me i cant have the same unit as i signed my contract for i have to take one of a lower value as the value of my unit had gone up by R1600.00 which i think is total hogwash and i complained and they said they can do nothing about it and i was not going to let it rest their i called their customer service and was pushed from pillar to post telling my story at least four times to four different people i kept on being told that a manger must make a decision and then they will let me know the outcome i am currently still waiting for a response i have sent emails and made numerous calls but nothing has transpired as yet i am now getting very impatient and am going to report this matter to the CPA if i don't get a response within 24 hours of me sending this to you.
