Paying for unit not working

My problem with Netstar is dragging on since 2012. Im still paying for a unit that is not working, have wriiten emails to a guy called Bradon, made numerous phone calls to the call centre but still sitting with a problem. My cars battery had to be repalced twice because of this unit. Last year a guy was sent out to replace the unit he pitched checked the unit and said he will return stilll waiting for him. Im really frustrated and again I am asking them to permanently remove the unit from my car AT NO COST, and REFUND ME for paying for a service im not recieving. If anything happens to my car they are liable.
