Very very POOR after service by CELL C

I recently took out a contract with cellc. The handset supplied was faulty and I contacted cellc to report this. This was done 6 days after acquiring the unit. Blackberry Z10. The camera does not work, the battery lasts only about 5-6hrs even when not being used. I was advised that the unit must go in for an assesment for about 2 weeks before I can be advised what the outcome is. In that time i wont have a phone. The unit i returned to cellc was in perfect condition with no damage on it at all. I was advised at the time of taking the contract that should the unit be faulty I had the option to replace it for a new one. Nobody advised me there was a waiting period. I was later advised that even if i wanted to cancel the contract I must phone in to cancel it myself. It cannot be done right there and then when i phoned. I phone in on friday and was told that the unit was going to be replaced. Today I phone in only to be told that I must phone in on Friday cause the unit has not even been looked at as yet. (Ref 1304080000103012 & 13040050000041270) What nonsense service is this? other ref no's. 130330000053898/3040200604/3040303237. Iv phoned in more than 10 times each call abt 45min
