She didnt cancell my laptop contract, now its cut

I already file a complaint, about this contract, I didnt have any response from them.
I went back to the shop and the manager Trienie assure me three times that she cancelled this contract and she didnt, so now Vodacom put through a wrong amount debitorder and it went back, because I only left enough money for my cellphone contract. I went to the shop and find the manager is sick and the owner out and nobody watns to hepl, while I was speaking to somebody there another lady came in and compalint about the same thing. I phoned the accounts department this morning twice, to ask them to put through my cellphone debitorder, but they said they cant., before the laptop contract is cancelled. Ive got a business, and now they cut my phone and I cant do anything. We phoned the owner right now Fabu, and speak to him about it, but he was so rude about it and told us he cant do anything about it, because Trienie is sick, he through the phone down in my ear. Please help this bad service never to appear to anybody again.
