Line dead for 2 weeks

My residential telephone line and ADSL went dead on Tuesday, February 5th. On February 6th I logged the fault, and on the 7th I received a SMS informing me that fault 215CTK070213 has been created for Service ID 0123452120. I went to the Telkom Shop in Woodlands Boulevard, and an employee there phoned the call centre to mark the call as urgent. I received an update SMS. Went back on the 14th and the person at the call centre told me this should have been fixed. Received another update SMS. It is now 2 weeks later and my line is still dead. I don't know where else to go.
