Trouble with basic communication

I have had my sim card since 2008 with cell c i have never had problems like this ever with the network and actually moved from vodacom and thaught it was a good idea until now i recently got a new blackberry phone and now im struggling with the network people try phoning me and all i get is a message to say they tried phoning and i cant send sms, s without them failing im really dissapointed i need to stay in contact for work and i cant even do that i cant even check my balance i wauld like to know when it will be sorted out?
