This is a compliment to Vodacom!
I am a data card subscriber of Vodacom and have experienced lots of dropped calls due to my location in Kempton Park. Have logged many calls emphasizing my need towards better data experience. Have decided to approach MTN as their network coverage is better in my area and Vodacom has offered to cancel my contract without having to pay in anything as they understand my dilemma and they cant do anything about it.
After no one called me, from MTN to inform me that my application has been refused, I decided to remain with Vodacom as there attitude towards me is not judgmental.
Well done and I only hope that soon a new tower could be erected in my vicinity in order to boost my reception experience.
