UPGRADE

I was contacted by cell re upgrade in 16/11/12 by kasief.i then sent e-mail to confirm. The agreed amount was for R298.00 per month as from 01.01.13.I then get told the amount due is R305.21 so I query this, since this is not what was agreed. I have sent numerous e-mails to get this sorted, but nothing happened. then Gopolang Sello calls and tells me to pay the amount of R298.00 into their ac. I have since put a block on cell c having access to my bank a/c and i have put it in writing to them to. They then send me a statement with an amount of R334.57 for feb. I am sitting with January's money and all i want them to do is sort it out. I did not agree to anything more R298.00. I have had a run in with them a couple of years ago and it was sorted and they had to credit my a/c.the phones cant be used since it's blocked.i should have listened to my "gut" feeling not to upgrade!!! they are causing major inconvenience and time wasting. They gave me this number to call 084140 and still no one wants to take responsibility. I want to nip ii in the bud, because i don't want this problem for the next 22 months!!! please help!!!
I have e-mails sent to their customer service since 16/11/12, no action!!!
