Coverage!

For 2 years now, I've been promised new coverage in my area. For 2 years now I am waiting for a new tower to go up at the so called church where Vodacom has already signed a lease for. For 2 years now, I receive nothing but pathetic call quality (not even going to BOTHER about data), and dropped calls

Vodacom has been out to my house numerious times and ACKNOWLEDGED bad coverage, and for 2 years absolutely nothing has been done about this.

Are you going to fix your coverage like you promised any time soon, or can you please cancel my contract so that I can go to some other operator that can actually provide me service?
