Altech Autopage ripping me off!

After reading all the complaints on this website about Altech Autopage, I want to cry. I so regret taking out a contract with them. It has been one issue after another with them since I signed with them in August this year.

They are quick to suspend your line and demand payment but cannot explain their ridiculous billing. And I do not remember getting a sound response from thier call centre, of which I have called four times. My September bill was R3 403.99, of which R2 495.03 of that was due to GPRS costs only. I sent a fax (who still faxes in 2013?!) on the 30th September like they said I should after I questioned the amount. But I still do not have my info. After that, they kept wanting additional info from me: first it was send us a copy of your ID (AFTER sending the fax), then I did that. THEN it was send us another letter signed and stating that I give permission for the URLs to be viewed by them, I did that too. But I still DON'T have the URLs. I get excuses about their IT still working on it. What's taking so long? And now guess how much my October bill is? R2 202.75!!! I don't have money to waste on you guys. I want the URLs I requested!!!
