Reported website down 5 days ago, still waiting for them to fix after calling on a daily basis. They only had one ticket logged - how is this possible when one calls numerous times each day? Very poor technical support and inability to resolve problem. Same glitch occurred in December. I am a very disappointed customer. Our site is still down. Again we called this morning and they say they will now escalate it after they told me Friday they would escalate it.
