Recently the company I work for had it's website taken down. I contacted technical support and eventually they came back with an email telling me my CMS system was out of date. This is untrue, and I have since verified this. My problems are as follows:
1. The gross incompetence from mweb that lead to the site I am responsible for being taken down.
2. The fact that *I* had to contact them, instead of them informing me my website was down.
3. Their attempt to blame their customer for their screwup.
4. Their failure for the past knows how long to sort out the domain email, despite numerous calls by me to their support line (who don't answer their phones on a Saturday). They can check their records and see how many times that issue has been "escalated."

This gross un-professionalism is completely unacceptable and I have had quite frankly enough of it. I do not have the time to keep calling their technical support to get these matters sorted out. I am not stupid and do not buy their made up excuses. This incident directly affects the international view of the company I work for and could have severe implications. I know it is a weekend by I need my site up 3 days ago.
