I'm highliy disappointed in what has been a happy relationship with Neotel up until now. Ive had my Wimax for about a year no issues up until now.

On the 26th, my ADSL went down. I tried calling the call center, but realised that Neotel dont answer phones over the weekend. First thing Monday morning I log a call with technical services who promised to call me back in 24-48 hours. My wife runs her web based business from home, so I stressed the urgency. No call back whatsoever. Tuesday night I called again and spoke to a chap who tried to walk me through a solution. Again I was promised that someone would call me in the morning.

No call back whatsoever. I called this today and spoke to Sweetness who promised to call me back before the close of business. She also informed me that she would escalate it to her supervisor. She didnt call me back and I'm still waiting for Neotel to place one call through to me since I first logged a call

I'm appalled at the lack of interest and total lack of support for which I pay good money for on a monthly basis!
My reference number is FCR251680475 / Sweetness. Can someone please have the decency to call me and resolve a simple issue?
