Bad service in cell c shops

I cant upgrade my 2 lines because they deactivated my 3rd line and handed me over. They called me to tell that my other 2 active line are ready to upgrade but when i get to their store the tell me about that other stupit deactivated. What the is that? When i ask them about about customer protection act, a stupit agent told me that he doesnt care and told me to leave their shop.
