My account was deactivated by legal department by mistake in April 2012, my case was handled by Sisa Flatela (Case TT 1205020000327347) and his colleagues and was given a new sim card in May 2012. It was activated sometime in June 2012. When I try to upgrade this month my ID number still shows that I am permanently deactivated although my account is active and up to date. I called the customer care and were unable to assist and were unable to transfer me to the legal department, they gave me a number 0841439200 choose option 4. The number belongs to Retention department and they were also unable to transfer me. I made 10 call in total either being cut off or when being transferred it just goes silent. I was also given other numbers which the answering system says they do not exist (0841840001 and 0841801000).
