On the 06/05/2013 I loaded my BIS at 06:43 am and at 12:02 pm the same day Cell C deactivated my BIS and when I queried through their call centre it was said that because they have not charged me for BIS that is why they deactivated it. now i will have to wait 48 hours for their help. i have been with Cell C for years and is this the kind of service that one expects? furthermore the agent Zinhle and the Team leader Wayne had no clue on how to handle let alone manage a complaint like this. i have been in the service industry for 15 years and for a service provider to accuse a customer of manipulation is unheard of. Firstly when will this be sorted and how soon can I start using my BIS. I have been very happy with Cell C up until now. restore my faith in one of the best networks in SA.
