I've had my Blackberry not even for a year when it gave me problems. I had to take it in to get repaired. I was told that this can take up to 2-3 weeks! Who pays for my contract in the time where I cant even use my own phone? Does Vodacom offer friendly service to back up your data and all your contacts?? They do, BUT at a cost to the consumer who's about to be without his/her phone for how long!! I finally got a call to come and collect my phone which was "repaired". It was a refurbished phone! My phone started giving me problems again the same story booking in my phone etc. 2 Days later I got a call from Vodacare explaining to me that its going to cost me R700 to repair my phone cause its a faulty battery and my BB battery warranty is only for 1 year. WHY do you sell us 2 year contracts if certain things are only under warranty for a certain time?? You guys think you are the "Big Dogs" and losing slack! I will not be renewing any of my contracts, not that I even think it will matter to you cause the idea of being the "leading cell network" has gone to your big heads and you guys ARE slowly but surely losing customers!
