Vodacom does not honour their warranty

I have been a Vodacom client now for many years and never had problems with them. My latest phone I got is a Samsung Galaxy S Plus. It worked fine for a few months and then began to restart at random, loosing data connection, forcing me to take out the battery everytime to get the connection back. eventually I sent it in and they "repaired" it. Being the clever people they are, the send back your phone with a flat battery so you cant test it on the spot. I got hom charged the battery and tested the phone. It die the same thing 20 minutes after I turned it on. To cut a long story short, I have sent it in 4 times now, angrier everytime. the phone is a year old now. I want a new phone. It has a 2 year warranty. I understand they can fix a phone under the warranty, but obviously they cannot fix this one. I just got off the phone with the advanced repair center (spoke to Bonnie, which is a nice lady) but just got the same story again, "Please send in your phone again." I have looked into cancelling my contract, but vodacom expect me to pay the balance of my monthly premiums and a cancellation fee, that is over R4000. Come on Vodacom, if you can't fix it replace it!!!
