Waited 25min on a cellphone to get tech Support

4 TIMES!
My adsl is at a crawl. 0.75mbps is pathetic. Its been 3 days. I tried calling mweb but waited 25min, listening to adverts and "we're sorry. all our agents are busy" BS.Tried that a few time and each time, left the phone on speaker, waited 25min and hung up. Then called Telkom :3min wait and the reset my line and informed me its an ISP problem. Called MWEB Again. Gave up. Posted complaint on FB and Mwebguy gave me the usual of: reset your router blah blah. Did it a few times and again this morning. This is day 3 and still, no one from technical has called but MWeb guy has promised me that he has "escalated" it and they've scheduled a call back on sunday, day 4 at 15:30, yeah cos I'm THAT important. I WANT MY AIRTIME BACK AND MY LINE SPEED BACK UP TO WHAT I PAY FOR!
STOP GIVING ME GENERIC LAME REPLIES! Either back up your "personalized support" or drop it, but dont blow smoke up my! for days and then tell me you'll get back to me...
