2mb/s line = 1mbs line

I upgraded to 2meg line after a telesales person called me. I've been paying for a 2meg line for months, yet my speeds are consistantly .9megs. I called them again tonight. They "reset" stuff and even tried to get me to turn the firewall off on my PC... CRAZY! 2 windows 7 pcs and an Ubuntu PC have the same results. Router reset multiple times.

Mweb sell you 1meg for a 2meg cost. BEWARE. The technical guy even agreed I should just downgrade if he coun't fix it! (after some "port reset..." LOL)

MWEB, PLEASE DOWNGRADE ME TO 1mbps line ASAP.
