I explicitly requested a contract through cell c direct to be a TOP UP, and made it clear to the consultant that i do npt want an open line which has been fully recorded if you record your calls. I have since used my data under the impression that internet will cut off once my cap has been reached. I have now run a bill of almost R300 which should not have happened. I fully refuse to pay anything as cell c made the mistake not to honour my initial contract request. Please end my contract immediately and reverse the cost i incurred due to your error!!!
