BILLED FOR MORE THAN AGREED CONTRACT ON A TOP UP!

In December 2012 I decided to port my number to Cell C as I had been told about their great products. Much to my dissappointment, I chose a top up 200 contract which would cost me R533 per month and according to the agent, if I needed to load more minutes/data I would just top up the amounts or buy data bundles. Come end of January I receive a more than double bill for my account. Cell C has chased me from Pillar to post and no one seems to be fixing this, pulling the recording will already fix this problem, but everyone gives me a shrug of the shoulder attitude. According to the Accounts department Zukishwanye my sales person put me on an open line, hence, the more than double account, I wonder if Zukishwanye is going to pay my bill this month? HOPEFULLY Cell C will redeem themselves and fix this error, otherwise I will defs not be renewing a contract by them ever again and will advise my friends and family to steer clear!
