The above Blackberry handset was booked in at VODACOM SHOP for repairs. Costomer Receipt was given with JOB NO. 8563466. Dated 01/02/2013
The phone fell and has physical damage and was in need of repair. The jobcard stated that the client is to be called for a quotation. It is now over two weeks and I had no call or reply back from the repair shop.
As I am employed in a Call Centre environment myself I regard this as very bad service. It appears as if VODACOM has a repair facility to comply to certain customers requirements only and not offer a service. Should we only subscribe to new contracts when our phones are faulty. I am (was) a loyal supporter to Vodacom for years but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Worst of all, your future customers (our kids who owns phones) are the ones who are effected by this service and they do remeber the experience to be without a phone and this is embeded in their memories. Be warned about your service and tomorrows customers.
