Struggling to Cancel contract

I have been struggling to cancel my contract for several months now, due to poor service. I tried to do it telephonically at first, with no success. I then started sending e-mails, but once again, with no success. Cell C does not even answer any of my e-mails. I already did sim swops on both contracts, but still I get billed every month. They seem to be the worst service provider I have ever dealt with.
