MTN Uncapped Lite

MTN, please READ my complaint before replying, since you didn't read my last complaint.

I am throttled, I KNOW that I am throttled. For the past 6 months I have experienced the throttling. my problem is that the throttling has never been this slow for this long. I am getting less than half of the throttled speed advertised by MTN. For about six months I get the full throttled speed, and then all of a sudden if I get half its a miracle. I had to reload the speedtest page five times the speed was so slow. I will continue putting up complaints until I get an answer different to "Oh, you are throttled". If there's a problem on the network, why not just let us know???
