Cell C
Still no response regarding non receipt statement

I spoke to Lebohow on 3 January 2013 regarding non receipt of statements for 01 November 2012, 01 December 2012. 01 January 2013. I received an sms to say that the query is receiving attention, but the posted statements have still not been received!!!
I called again on 24 January 2013 and spoke to Longile, she escalated the problem and promised that someone would call me in this regard.
I have not yet received the promised call.
Cell C, WAKE UP AND START PROVIDING SOME ACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF SERVICE.
This is an ongoing problem and i have reported the matter to Hello Peter on numerous occassions, but CELL C just don't seem to care!!!
